Congratulations to all teams and players for a great season thus far.

The playoff tournament will be taking place this weekend with the banquet taking place immediately after the gold medal game on Sunday.  Your team reps have all the details. Tickets are 15 dollars and will sold by the team reps. Make sure you save all receipts over the last week of play; they can still be added to each team's grand total later. Other than food and drink, a big part of the banquet is the awards. Each team has nominated an MVP, as well as put forth a nomination for the coveted Lyn MacGregor award. 

Also, as a fundraising initiative the league will be selling long sleeve t-shirts at the final banquet. You will have an opportunity to view them and order them then, with delivery at the AGM.

Finally, the date for the AGM is tentatively scheduled for Sunday September 12^th. The location is TBA at a later date. The AGM is for all players and coaches to voice their comments, concerns and questions. There will be available positions on the executive for any player who is interested. Also, please remember that for any player who attends the AGM, they will receive $10 off their registration fee for the 2011 season.
